A stainless steel 90 lts working hemispherical pan with a stainless steel steam jacket.

Dims. are 510 mm dia. x 330 mm on the straight wall plus a 150 mm hemisphere.

Model SA-F-20-SP.

The unit is has a scrape wall agitator fitted with two opposing segmented scrappers.

The unit has two bottom outlets one central the other offset.

Fitted with a stainless steel bridge on which the geared drive is fitted.

The jacket is rated for 40 psi working @ 300 deg. F. and has three off 25 mm bsp connections.

The unit stands on three stainless steel tubular legs.
