Jaygo Koruma De Aerator. A 316 stainless steel vacuum de-aerator last used on food sauces. The stainless chamber is vertically mounted in a stainless steel frame. The unit has a 3kw driven wheel inside which throws the product out to the sides of the chamber where a vacuum is being pulled the product then drops through the chamber and pumped away. The chamber is approx 700 mm dia x 300 mm on the straight and a 890 cone bottom. The lid is counter balanced and has an inspection port with wiper and a light.
