Schenck-150mm-feeder-and-lump-breaker. 2 available. These were loss in weight feeders but the controls are missing. The two units are now basic screw feedres with lump breakers. They have polyprop bottom cones which are massarged by s/s arms to break up any lumps. They have s/s top hoppers , s/s screws and geared drives. The units are 80 mm dia. Good condition through out.

Spiroflow-Stainless-Steel-Flexable-5mt-Coveyor. This unit has a stainless steel spiral and a plastic outer tube the unit is 50 mm dia and 5000 mm long. The dishcharge / drive end is s/s and the drive is a 1.5 kw 1415 rpm motor c/w mild steel hanger. The feed inlet is also s/s. Inlet and Outlets are 150 mm dia.

Discharge hieght is approx. 1302 mm The unit can be used level the discharge between inlet and outlet is approx. 2507 mm. The unit has flanges fitted for wash down. The drives are 1.5 kw main drive and 0.5 kw de-lumper drive.

Ajax-Gutteridge-stainless-steel-screw-conveyor. This unit has an overall length of 2700 mmand a trough length of 2600 mm the " U " trough is 160 mm wide with a 150 mm screw on a 160 pitch. This unit is driven via a 2.2kw FLP motor through a reduction gearbox. It has outboard bearings fitted. The unit is fully lidded and has a 460 x 160 inlet and a 450 dia. connection for a hopper.The outlet is 160 x 160 and the centres are 2100 mm.

Gutteridge-stainless-steel-auger-screw-conveyor. A 230 mm " U " trough conveyor which can be horizontal or at an angle of approx. 45 deg. as it has special lids which make it a cylindrical conveyor. The unit has a 200 mm s/s screw with a 100 mm pitch for 600 mm then a 190 mm pitch for 2220 mm. This unit is 3403 mm overall and 2850 mm screw length with 2505 mm inlet and outlet centres. The unit has a 203 x 306 inlet and a 203 x 203 outlet. Put into it's angled form it has a 1605 mm discharge height with two support feet for this at 2220 mm centres. The conveyor has a 1.5 kw drive motor which goes through a reduction gearbox giving a scroll speed of approx. 81 rpm.

Horizontal flat belt conveyor. Approx. 1040 mm long x 330 mm wide x 700 mm high. The unit is Ex. Food production. A rubber flat belt with a rough finish for grip. The unit stands on stainless steel legs and frame with adjustable feet. It is driven by a single phase drive with an invertor to alter the belt speed. The belt also has a tensioner.

A U-Trough conveyor approx 1660 long x 190 mm wide with a 150 mm screw at a 75 mm pitch , for the first 865 mm and then 300 mm pitch to the 250 mm x 250 mm flanged outlet which is 150 mm x 150 mm intern measurement.The unit has a 610 mm x 180 mm inlet and one lidded section510 mm x 180 mm the overall length is approx 1830 mm and has out board bearings. The unit is driven by a 0.75 kw 1450 rpm motor through a reduction gearbox giving a output speed of 64 rpm.
