Hosokawa-Alpine-20-12-RO-Granulator.

Hosokawa-Alpine-20-12-RO-Granulator. A small complete granulating system consisiting of a Model 20/12/RO granulator , fan unit and collection cyclone. This unit has a 170 mm x 130 mm feed throat a 200 mm rotor with a 3 mm punched hole screen. It has two fly knives and two dead knives. The unit is interlocked.

Mini Granulator.

Mini Granulator. This unit has a 6" throat and a rotary cutter with three fly kniveson the rotor. Driven by a 3 phase 0.55kw motor. The unit has a pull out tyray for the granules.

Rapid Granulator

Rapid Granulator Made in 1995. A mobile plastics granulator was last used on reworking plastic tubes. Model 26-45-KU. The unit has four fly and two dead knives which chops the product into small pieces to go through the 5 mm screen. Driven by a 1.5 kw geared drive. This unit has safety interlocks fitted.
