The unit has a stainless steel 450 Lts (Brim full ) bowl which is approx. 840 mm dia. x 860 mm deep the bowl is flat bottomed and heavy gauge stainless steel. The unit also has an integeral control panel and speed controls.

The unit has an adjustable weir gate with a hand wheel to control the residence time within the unit. Two hinged access doors 370 mm x 310 mm with swing clamps and hand wheels. Air purged seals and driven by a 11 kw 1460 rpm motor through a SEW typr reduction box 8.61.1 ratio. A fuuly enclosed 5 belt drive and mounted in a mild steel frame. Design pressure is 1.5 bar test pressure is 2.25 bar Design temp. is 128 deg.C. Serial 24048. 1994.
