Guisti-stainless-steel-mixing-vessel. A food quaility vertical all stainless steel mixing vessel. Approx. 530 Dia. x 730 deep on the straight wall, the unit has a convex fully draining sloping bottom ending with a 25 mm side outlet, the slope is 30 mm from 730 -760 mm. This unit has a 0.37 kw 1420 rpm motor bolted to the vessel and drives a s/s agitator shaft 20 mm x 700 long with a 150 three blade prop. The open top has a full grille fitted. The unit stands on three s/s tubular legs 40 mm dia and give a ground clearence of 340 mm. Serial No. RJ9611 Made in 1984.

A.P.V. 250 Lts Insulated Stainless Steel Mixing Tank Food quality enclosed mixing vessel with a flat sloping bottom fully draining with 180 mm fall from back to front. Approx. 790 mm I/D plus 100 mm for insulation and cladding x 530 mm on the straight and standing on three s/s legs giving a ground clearance of 300 mm to the bottom side outlet. Top connections are 1 x 410 mm hatch with hinged lid 1 x 100 mm vent 2 x 32 mm 1 x 25 mm spray ball 1 x 250 mm centre which holds the agitator. An offset bolt on agitator with a two speed motor 1.1 kw / 0.75 kw 1450 / 940 rpm through a reduction gearbox giving a shaft speed of 282 / 188 rpm. A s/ 25 mm shaft and a 230 mm dia s/s impeller.

The unit has four off stainless steel tubular legs giving a ground clearence of 700 mm. Dims are approx. 1380 mm int. dia. x 1530 mm on the straight with 250 mm dishes. Connections. The top dish has 1 x 450 mm manway with hinged cover, 1 x 100 mm 1 x 75 mm , 3 x 50 mm 1 x 25 mm CIP spray ball, and 1 x 125 mm sight glass. The bottom dish has a 50 mm centre outlet. This vessel is atmospheric, The jacket is rated @ 40 psi working and 67 psi test. Last used on cosmetics. The unit also has a Lightnin air agitator c/w stainless shaft and impeller.

Connections are 1 x 25 mm in the lid 1 x 160 mm centre flange for agitator, 2 x 50 mm outlets.
