Manufactured by Dalton Ltd. A stainless steel double arm planetry mixer with a 30 Lts stainless steel mixing bowl. This unit is ideal for pastes or doughy products. The unit has a variable speed gearbox and two stainless steel dough hooks for mixing. The s/s bowl is clamped to the mixer then via a hand wheel is lifted into place. The mixer also has a stand alone control panel.
