Groen-Tilting-Cooking-Pan. An all stainless steel tilting steam jacketed cooking pan. The unit is approx. 720 mm Dia. x 620 mm Deep and has a hand operated mechanism to tilt the vessel for discharge. The stainless steel jacket is rated for 50 PSI of steam. Mounted in a stainless steel frame.
